It was an honor to have been selected by AILA to present a discussion panel on criminal law basics for the immigration practitioner. The intersection of criminal law with immigration law is one of the most complicated issues that arise in our practice. I enjoy a great deal of satisfaction imparting what I have learned over many years of practice to the new lawyers who attended this panel.
