EXPERIENCE IN IMMIGRATION LAW A MUST!

Experience processing I-130, 45s, 601a, I-90, I-751, N-400
U Certification, VAWA petitions, Consular processing, SIJS, PW, I-601 and 212

Interested Candidate MUST

• have at least 3 years of experience in handling family-based immigration visa petition, adjustment of status, consular visa processing, and naturalization

• have at least 3 years of experience in preparing Waiver Applications and writing Affidavits• be detail-oriented, have good verbal and written communication skills and be punctual

• be able to translate documents from Spanish to English.

 

Immigration Attorney

Youman, Madeo & Fasano LLP, is seeking an Immigration Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of Family/Litigation Immigration experience. Must have excellent oral and written communication, the ability to remember important details and analyze facts objectively, and the ability to present complicated information in a courtroom as well as offer support and counsel to his/her clients.

This position is for our Union City, NJ, Jackson Heights Queens and NYC office location.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in a high volume Family/Litigation Immigration Practice Law firm.
J.D. from U.S. Law School.
Admission to a U.S. State Bar
Bilingual English/Spanish (Strongly Preferred).
Must have excellent client servicing skills.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

Full Time Receptionist/Legal Assistant : All three of our offices (Manhattan, Queens, and New Jersey) are looking for Spanish/English bilingual speaking receptionists and legal assistants to join our team. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, greeting and assisting clients, scheduling appointments, and performing general administrative and clerical support. Stellar customer service skills non-negotiable. Prior office/receptionist experience a plus.
