Immigration Office Manager
Youman, Madeo & Fasano LLP is seeking a Bilingual English/Spanish Immigration Office Manager for our Union City, NJ Law Firm. The ideal candidate for this opportunity must have Family/Litigation Immigration experience. Must have 5+ years working as a paralegal for Immigration firm.
The Office Manager will be responsible of their caseload in addition to the overall supervision of the services provided by the paralegals under their supervision. Responsible for the management and administration of the paralegal and support staff. Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, as well as have the ability to work independently. Proficiency with Microsoft is helpful.
Bilingual: Must speak Fluent in both Spanish and English
3 + years of Immigration experience.
2 + years with managerial experience

We are looking for a professional, personable and energetic receptionist to join our team. MUST be bilingual English and Spanish. Individual should be comfortable speaking with clients, courts and government agencies.

**Available shifts are 8am to 5pm, 9am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm **
Responsible for greeting all clients; handle all calls and properly screen calls for attorneys and staff; conduct general intake information, mail; data entry; managing attorneys’ calendars and appointments; file management and general correspondence
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Read, write, and translate in Spanish
Prior law firm experience preferred
Experience with multi-line phone system
Must be detail-oriented, organized and possess excellent administrative skills
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be comfortable working a fast paced office environment
Must be willing to help attorneys and staff with various tasks

J.D. from U.S. Law School.
Admission to a U.S. State Bar
Bilingual English/Spanish (Strongly Preferred).
