This week H. Raymond Fasano was featured on the “Immigration Today” segment which is part of the New Tang Dynasty Television evening news program. Mr. Fasano discussed the role that a lawyer plays as an advocate in Court and discussed a recent asylum case that he and the legal team won that should have been denied.
Overcoming impossible odds, Mr. Fasano used his reputation and relationships with the Court and government to secure a successful result.
