Federal Bar Association’s monthly “Immigration Leadership Luncheon Series”
We are pleased to announce that the Federal Bar Association’s monthly “Immigration Leadership Luncheon Series” which is held on the third Wednesday of each month will feature Robin M. Stutman, Chief Administrative Hearing Officer (CAHO), EOIR.

On March 26, 20132, EOIR Director Juan P. Osuna appointed Robin M. Stutman as the Chief Administrative Hearing Officer (CAHO)
The Office of the CAHO is responsible for the general supervision and management of Administrative Law Judges (ALJ) who preside at hearings mandated by the illegal hiring, employment eligibility verification (“employer sanctions”), anti-discrimination and document fraud provisions of the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, which amended the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952, as amended by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 and the Immigration Act of 1990. The CAHO is also charged with reviewing ALJ decisions relating to employer sanctions and document fraud.
The next Leadership Luncheon will be held on Wednesday, June 19th.
The meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month at Tony Cheng’s Restaurant at Gallery Place in Downtown DC. The meeting begins at 11:30am and ends promptly at 1:00pm followed by a 30 minute meet and greet among members.
The February speaker was Juan Osuna, Director of EOIR. In March, Peter Vincent, the Principal Legal Advisor of ICE was the speaker. For April 17, Jeff Gorsky from DOS is scheduled to speak. In May, Maria Odom, the Citizenship and Immigration Services Ombudsman has confirmed that she will be the speaker.
